1. Adjustment: during adjustment, loosen the nut fixing the copper column first, and then rotate the nut to adjust the thickness direction on the copper column. After the thickness is adjusted properly, tighten the nut and the copper column. Do not start the machine if the cutter head is parallel to the blade. The cutter head needs to be lower than the blade before starting cutting. The adjustment thickness is about 3mm, and the thickness is stepless.
2. Replace the blade: insert the hexagonal handle into the hole on the side of the machine. Turn the steering wheel and then change the knife. When changing the knife, loosen the two hexagon screws of the blade and insert the blade for replacement.
Vegetable slicer is a machine for cutting thin and uniform tissue slices. The tissue is supported by hard paraffin or other materials.
