Frozen meat slicing machine cuts frozen meat directly. 1. First turn on the switch under the power indicator.
2. As long as the cylinder shield and front door are closed, the machine can start normally, so we need to check before using.
3. Press the startup button, cut the drum and start to rotate. Connect all electrical appliances and pneumatic control.
4. The frozen meat to be processed will be leveled to the lower feeding channel, then press the feeding button, and the pusher will start pushing the meat pieces forward to cut together.
5. By adjusting the timer according to its own conditions, the pusher can actively push and return the material.
6. The speed of the pusher can be adjusted by throttle valve 2 located at the back of the machine, but the feed speed can not be too fast.
7. To stop the machine completely, press the stop button, and the machine will stop completely. Don't open the top cover and front door immediately after the machine stops. Don't open it until the cutting drum stops completely.
